Under oath and statute a court in Saline Michigan requires notice to Alwin R. Burkhardt fiduciary of the estate. It orders examination of claims and determination of heirs at law with a June 10 1957 deadline and three week newspaper publication in the Saline Observer.

Dr. Frank L. Fitch former superintendent of the Ann Arbor District will be the guest preacher at the Lenten Service held by the local Methodist Church on Thursday at 7 45 p.m. A Family Night and potluck supper precedes the service at 6 80 p.m inviting all church families.
Notice states the American Legion Memorial Home Association at 320 West Michigan Avenue Saline Michigan has applied to the Michigan Liquor Control Commission for a club license to sell beer wine and SOPHidity to bona fide members only and that the commission intends to grant the license after ten days from the date of the notice dated April 11 1957
