Park Above Foundation Readies Accessible Rio Rancho Park

A Park Above in Rio Rancho aims to open in late Oct or early Nov as New Mexico's first fully handicap accessible park. The six acre site on Westside Court features a splash pad, sensory wall, wheelchair swings, shade, and an emphasis on inclusive play for children like Justin and Tyler who have Angelman Syndrome, with ongoing fundraising and a brick sponsor wall set for Nov 1.

City Park Sponsor Aims for Private Donations
