Rio Rancho Municipal Court Fines On May 8 to May 21
Rio Rancho Municipal Court collected 3135 in fines costs and fees from May 8 to May 21 and heard seven driving while intoxicated cases Judge William R Conner presided. Hans Anderson Albuquerque was fined 460 plus 30 days jail with 300 suspended and conditions. Kenneth Baty Kersey CO 400 with 100 hours service first offender and six months probation. Brian Gresham Rio Rancho 505 with 30 days jail and 300 suspended under conditions. Jeff Haught Rio Rancho 550 with 30 days jail and 300 suspended for first offender program service and six months supervised probation. Xuan Ta Hoang Albuquerque 565 with 30 days jail and 300 suspended for UNM alcohol program first offender and 100 hours service and six months unsupervised probation. Jay Bobroff Rio Rancho not guilty. May 8 police incident at Madison Middle School involved stabbing of Officer Dalrymple. Crime Stoppers offers up to 1000 for information.
