Doremus files partition suit over Polk County Nebraska land
Wilber L. Doremus sues for partition of a described real estate in Polk County Nebraska. Defendants include Darlene P. Doremus and two listed adoptive guardians with custody of Darlene. The petition asks court to divide the South Half of the Southwest Quarter and South Half of the North Half of Section 34 Township 13 North Range 3 West.
