County Officials Audit Claims in Polk County Session

The Polk County Nebraska Board of County Commissioners met in regular session on October 20 1936 with all members present. They audited and allowed numerous claims including for sheriff clerk treasurer and various funds and ordered warrants drawn noting payments to Lincoln School Supply Co Lincoln Tel Co Klopp Printing Co E L Rogers and others. The board also discussed tax refunds for improprieties and listed juror prospects by precinct for the November 1936 term of District Court.
