Polk East Project to Build 9.6 Miles of Graded Road

County records show federal aid funds allocated for culverts guard rails and a 9.6 mile graded earth road under the Polk East Federal Aid Secondary Project No S-285. It lists tentative quantities for excavation water, sand gravel surface, con crete sections, culverts and pipes with a call for sealed bids on grading surfacing and bridge work.
