Osceola County Board Approves April 1975 Claims

Osceola Nebraska April 18 1975 the Board of County Commissioners approves all claims and warrants for General Fund Extension Office and Road Fund items totaling numerous entries. The session records salaries, supplies, repairs and services for multiple departments and authorizes investment of 25460.00 in Federal Revenue Sharing Funds.

Polk County Board Actions on Certificates and Repairs

The board approved 90 day Certificates of Deposit with Polk County banks. A motion to accept the low exterior repair bid for the courthouse from Karr Tuckpointing Co. passed on roll call. The chairman was authorized to sign a contract with Leland Bruckner for a borrow pit used for road material. The meeting adjourned at 4 15 PM with plans to reconvene May 6 1975.

Miss Ebba Hanquist hosted a birthday party Friday at the Donald Hanquist home for Mrs Donald Hanquist and Mrs Reuben Hanquist. Guests included Mrs Roger Hanquist, Mrs Reuben Hanquist, and Mrs Laura Bolton. Ice cream and cake were served.
