The American Legion Auxiliary served a Gold Star tea at the Veterans' Home in Grand Island on May 8 at 1 30 pm. A Gold Star member is a mother or sister who has lost a loved one in military service. They sat at the head table. Three large terrariums were presented to the home by the Department Auxiliary honoring Gold Star members.
