USDA research warns nodular worm infections are common in pigs under normal farming. Nodular worms weaken intestines and reduce carcass value, passing losses to hog raisers via lower prices. Phenothiazine destroys over 90 percent of nodular worms when added to feed.

Horn-fly trap aids cattle health in Australian tests
A horn-fly trap tested in Australia uses a 33 inch by 100 foot passageway with DDT coated glass on the roof. Cattle brushing between curtains and weighted strips dislodge flies which then contact the treated surface and are killed.
