The County Agent reports 1966 Polk County wheat yields and quality contrasting with the district and state. Polk tested 84 samples with an average test weight 60.2 pounds, protein 13.7 percent, moisture 12.7 percent. Nebraska tested 2,695 samples overall with average protein 13.4 and moisture similar.
