Martha Herger 73 longtime Polk County resident dies in Hot Springs
Martha Herger 73 elder daughter of Edward and [illegible] Grossnicklaus was born July 28 1891 near Osceola and died on vacation in Hot Springs Arkansas April 16 while married in 1923 in Alpnach Switzerland to Joseph Herger. Funeral Tuesday at Sacred Heart Church Shelby with Msgr. Kean officiating. Burial Osceola Cemetery. Survivors include sister Hulda Tenn Osceola two nieces two nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
