Osceola Adopts Ordinance Capping Electric Rates
The city council of Osceola Nebraska passes Ordinance No. 181 to limit charges for electric energy within city limits. It sets tiered rates for commercial lighting residence lighting and general power, mandates standard meters, and outlines meter testing and penalties for violations. ordinance takes effect June 1 1936.
