Duane returned home with them after weekend with his grandparents. Mr and Mrs Andrew Meyer hosted Wednesday afternoon in Silver Creek.
The Garden Club gathered Tuesday evening March 16 at Mrs. John Fintel's home with Mrs. Earl Bond assisting. Lillian Brown led the business meeting as new program calendars for the year were handed out by Mrs. Roy Morgan. Mrs. Emil Monson welcomed guests and the evening featured a humorous reading and performances by Richard Pehrson and Bonnie Rodene including accordion selections.

Friday evening guests at the Neal McBeth home were Mr and Mrs Dave Rutter and Mr and Mrs Brooke Berggren. John Staroscik returned home Tuesday after a hospital admission last Thursday. Mr and Mrs A H Ruth of Shelby visited the M G Hess home Friday evening.
