The annual clock turning ritual resumes as Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday at 2 a.m. local time. Arizona Hawaii and Michigan exempt themselves from the Uniform Time Act while Indiana uses a mix of time zones. Congress may allow more exemptions under a pending bill.
