Handicapped adoption group forms in Norwalk
A Norwalk group named Thanksgiving for Life Foundation of Norwalk organized at Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital. Foundation, started by the DeBolt family of California, who have adopted 18 handicapped children. The DeBolts’ ABC TV special The DeBolt Family airs 7 p.m. Sunday. Colvin noted fundraising will occur this year but helping families adopt disabled children remains the aim.
