In Milan at First Presbyterian Church, Teri Angelo and Robert Roe II wed at 6:30 PM with Rev. Francis Moyer officiating. The bride wore ivory chiffon with lace, carried apricot roses, and was attended by Kelley Liphart and family. In Steuben at Church of the Master, Ruth Ann Smith and Clark Maddocks exchanged vows with Rev. Thomas Lasley. After a reception, they learned of a newborn Rachel Ann at Willard Area Hospital. The Maddocks plan to reside in Golden Colorado after a two week Acapulco honeymoon.
