Coletta to challenge charter measure at Norwalk council
Norwalk councilman Domenic Coletta plans to challenge tonight's charter ordinance arguing it was introduced by a single member, not the required three. He notes the ordinance would authorize a May election for a charter commission and says he will raise the council procedures issue during the final reading. Coletta chaired the 1968 charter commission and opposes the current measure.
