648 Board Alters Mid-Year Budget
The Huron County 648 Board approved a revised mid-year budget of 68750, up from carryover expenses tied to the former Huron County Mental Health Center. The Linn Center will see about 17000 less than projected for 1978-79, while the board set a calendar year budget with 1979 income of 416029 and allocations from state funds, fees, and federal sources. A $200 donation from West Baking Co. funds mental health day care, and Linn Center Director Richard Frost will assist with LEAA counsellors as director Robert Klenk resigns. The board plans transferring LEAA counseling to Linn Center, with anticipated state approval for the combined budgets.
