Norwalk man held on felony and weapons charges
Norwalk police detained Arthur D. Lucas 36 of 76 W. Chestnut St. on weapons and trespass counts after a disturbance at 80 N. Foster St. He allegedly threatened his ex wife, entered the home, took a dog, and was found with a loaded .22 revolver and a 12 gauge shotgun plus over 250 rounds. A 17 year old was cited on marijuana and other charges, and two teens suspected of shoplifting bib overalls were questioned. Police pursued a spray can thief.
