Two 11 Year Olds Charged in Cincinnati Arson Case
Cincinnati police say two 11 year old boys faced arson warrants for a $1 million fire that destroyed the Snow Filtration Co. last week. Mother of Two Dies After Shooting Self in New London
A 21-year-old New London mother of two, Diane Joy Amburgy Lykins, died at 3 42 a m at Fisher Titus Memorial Hospital after shooting herself with a .22 rifle between 6 and 9 p m Monday. She was found by her sister on Fayette Road. Services are set for Thursday at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church New London with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery New Haven. She left two daughters Rebecca and Melissa and was survived by parents, siblings, and grandparents.

Five Bellevue men were arrested Monday night on secret indictments returned April 3 by a Huron County Grand Jury. Prosecutor William W. Owens said the roundup capped months of investigation. Arrests were made by Capt Lloyd Smith Sgt Larry Silcox and Investigator John Warner with Bellevue police and the Huron County Jail. Charges involve barbiturates amphetamines and hallucinogens mainly marijuana. Suspects listed include Ronald Straley Stephen Simonds Robert Breen Richard Strombaugh and Ralph Fisher.
