Westminster official ties dismissal to alleged misconduct
Westminster district eyes court review as Superintendent George Thomas says contract refusal for a Hampstead teacher is clearly linked to her alleged misdeeds. Walter Levin of the Maryland State Teacher's Association pledged to challenge the action as equal treatment is questioned.
