Donahue hints at leaving Dayton for new show base
Phil Donahue suggested his WLW talk show could move from Dayton to reach a broader guest pool with New York as a potential base. He spoke at the Middletown Federation of Women’s Clubs event in Manchester and noted ideas from psychologists about self perception and cultural topics. He discussed Total Woman courses for wives and proposed a Total Man concept, while stressing women often surprise him the most. Dudley Inwood received the city key tie bar at the event.
