Lead paint poisoning research stalls after seven years
The government spent seven years and about 9 million dollars studying lead based paint poisoning but HUD admits it does not know the problem’s nature or extent or how to prevent child exposure. The agency calls for further study noting most cases involve inner city, low income children who ate peeling paint in dilapidated housing. Minnesota notes 12 034 lakes over 10 acres.
