Residents reject Ross monofill rezoning in Eaton Township
In Eaton Township voters defeated a 65 acre rezoning to heavy industrial to allow Ross Environmental Services to build a monofill on Giles Road. Unofficial results show 1,377 votes against, 265 for, with residents behind Stop Toxic Spread urging removal of heavy industrial zoning from the township codes.
