A new black and white mural on La Troje in Wellington depicts historic downtown buildings with numbered images and plaques. Suit filed over gas station supplement linked to death

Karen Haggarty filed a wrongful death and product liability suit in Lorain County Common Pleas Court on June 4 seeking at least 25,000 per claim. The case targets Neptune Resources LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming, and RO 2091 Grafton Inc. doing business as K&B Sunoco at 2091 Grafton Road. The complaint focuses on Neptune's dietary supplement Neptune's Fix Elixir containing tianeptine, dubbed gas station heroin, not approved in the U S. FDA warnings cite seizures and hospitalizations associated with tianeptine use.
