Two suspects in the largest narcotics haul in North Santa Barbara County history are to be arraigned in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles on Monday. Charles Gary, 30, and Milton R. Wilson, 24, were arrested on April 29 after a joint federal, Lompoc Police Department and Santa Barbara County Sheriff's investigation. Mrs. Corrina Gary, 29, of 520 N. O St., was arrested but all charges against her were dropped.
