Lompoc Teen Promoted in Vietnam Serves With Security Agency

William G. Jarvis 21 son of Mr and Mrs D R Jarvis of 909 E Bush Lompoc has been promoted to Specialist 5 in South Vietnam. He serves with the Army Security Agency in Pleiku and will leave Vietnam next month for Fort Carson Colorado. Jarvis has been awarded the Army Commendation Medal and is a 1969 graduate of Lompoc High School.
