Warrant Issued for Ellsberg Arrest in Top Secret Study Case
A UPI report says a warrant was filed in Los Angeles charging Daniel Ellsberg with illegal possession of a top secret Pentagon Vietnam War study. The complaint notes 47 and 18 volume sets, mostly top secret, with xerox copies containing internal documents. Ellsberg allegedly had access to all 47 volumes at Rand Corp and custody of 27 volumes at various times between 1969 and 1970.
