Brother Surrenders in UCLA Slayings Case
Larry Joseph Stiner, a UCLA student, surrendered at the San Diego airport on murder charges for the slayings of two Black Panther Party members at UCLA. His brother George Phillip Stiner had earlier turned himself in in West Los Angeles.
