Heaviest Rains Cause Wide Flooding in Lompoc Valley

Heavy rains over 48 hours paralyzed parts of Lompoc Valley with mudslides and flooding. No injuries were reported though about 25 minor crashes occurred as power outages hit several areas and officials warned drivers to test brakes after leaving flooded intersections.

Rainstorm in South Los Angeles Causes 19 Deaths
