Mason urged motorists to register early and avoid the final week rush from Jan 30 to Feb 4. Use the December issued statements, present complete cards with name and address filled in, and detach no stubs. DMV offices, bank stations, traveling crews, and mail filings offer service with no penalty if postmarked by Feb 4, 1956.
The department recommends reducing the trout limit from 15 to 10 May through November and a five fish limit from November 1 to April 27.
