Local Women Elected To Girl Scout Offices
Three Lawrence women were elected to Kaw Valley Girl Scout Council offices at the spring meeting in Topeka. Mrs. Kenneth Lenzen became first vice president, Mrs. George Wilson was named chairman of District VIII, and Mrs. L. E. Rice joined the nominating committee. Kaw Valley spans 11 counties with 1562 volunteers and seven professional staff.
