Depew schedules two public hearings in October
The Depew Village Board will hold a 7 p.m. October 10 hearing on how to spend Community Development Block Grant funds for the Town of Lancaster and Town of Cheektowaga sides. A second hearing is set for 7 p.m. October 28 to consider a local law governing electric bicycles and scooters.

Final Alden Farmers Market 2023 finale Saturday
The Alden Farmers Market wraps 2023 this Saturday from 8 30 a m to 1 p m at Tractor Supply and Save a Lot Plaza 13119 Broadway with tribute artist Young Elvis from 11 1 p m. A noon kids and pets costume parade, an old time tractor show weather permitting, and three raffles ending at 1 p m. Prizes include a Rainbow trampoline a red pedal car and an Amish crafted shed.
