Comanche Corps Air Evacuation Unit Moves Through France
The 7th Field Hospital of the Advance Section Communication Zone moved from Imany beaches across France and Belgium to the Rhine. It evacuated nearly 200 patients in its first day, aided by surgical technician Ira C. Hartman, under Lt. Col Bethel H. Henning. Soldiers came from eight divisions of the First and Third U.S. Armies. Hartman is married to Rosa Hartman of the listed address.
