Clemens Wennekamp of Columbus was arraigned on a driving while intoxicated charge and pled no contest. A presentence investigation was ordered, and he was released on recognizance. Sentencing for Kenneth Ryba, Columbus, is set for June 6 for leaving the scene of a property damage accident after his no contest plea. Kenneth Petermann of Columbus was fined 125 for possession of marijuana and minor in possession and placed on probation until fines are paid. David Cosselias of Platte Center was fined 75 for willful reckless driving and had license suspended 30 days. Traci Lobbins of Albion, 34, will celebrate her 50th birthday privately at Wolf Nursing Home in June.
