Spencer Foods Inc expects record earnings for year ending Oct. 30 with reported sales of 125.716 million and net income of 596 thousand or 56 cents per share, vs prior year sales of 77.545 million and a loss of 304 thousand or 28 cents. New directors Ramon Brinkman and C J Tempas join, with expansion capex at about 3.5 million. The firm also launches Spencer Tender Beef to guarantee tender cuts under USDA standards.
