In Clare County probate court on May 25 1946 Judge George Bates presided over Ella Krug mentally incompetent matter Lena King mother petitions to appoint guardian. Hearing set for May 24 at the probate office after publication in the Clare Sentinel over successive weeks.
In Michigan, Flora Coyne petitions to administer the estate of Charles Nixon, deceased. The court orders a hearing on June 17, 1946, at 10:00 AM at the Probate Office to determine appointment of Flora Coyne or another suitable person as administrator.
