Regular meeting called to order by Mayor Koch with Commissioners Dunbar Bradley Owens present and Walters absent. Minutes approved. Building permits for Herschel Reiss Jr Laurence Seiter William Cook and Fred Humphrey discussed and approved. Bucket loader high bid $400 accepted for salvage. VFW Hall replacement value estimates to be prepared for next meeting. Mayor Koch assigns committees for estimates and recreation program. Resolution to authorize easement agreement presented and moved for adoption.
