City of Clare Engages Francis Engineering for Sewer Plant Plans
The City of Clare Michigan and The Francis Engineering Co Saginaw Michigan enter a contract dated March 13 1947 for engineering services. It covers construction plans specifications contract documents permits and bidding notices with a resident engineer during sewerage plant construction. Payment Exhibits A and B specify 4700 dollars for plans and documents and 650 dollars monthly for the resident engineer. The agreement is signed by Mayor Herbert Randall City Clerk Alex McKinnon and G W Francis.
