Bole Farmers Union Meet and Local Notices
The Bole Farmers Union holds its regular meeting at the hall on Wednesday evening September 6. Local residents host visiting relatives and guests from Saco, Farmington, and Great Falls. County Agent Clarkson and stenographers assist farmers with wheat allotment forms, with long processing times. Pests like crickets, grasshoppers, and sheep annoy residents, as sheep roam and cause porch disturbances while a north breeze carries their bleats and scent.
