ICBC Reports Year to Date Claims and Payments Trends

ICBC will issue monthly year to date statistics on selected claims and payments beginning this month. The data show injury claims at 72 238 an 8.6 rise from 1994 and death benefits at 311 up 8.7. Vehicle damage 261 433 a 6.8 rise. windshields 115 611 up 13.1. Vehicle repair costs include parts 106.9 million painting 53.5 million repair labour 79.7 million and windshields 37.3 million.
