In Newnan Georgia on June 21 three men were sentenced to life for the murder of tenant farmer William Turner. John Wallace dairy operator. Herring Sivell Henry Mobley and Tom Strickland accepted murder with consent verdicts. Wallace testified Turner shot himself during an attempted cattle theft confession.
