Mr and Mrs C C Dulaney Jr and family of Chicago along with Miss Cora Dulaney of Dallas attended a family 7 o clock dinner at the couple s home on Tuesday June 27 marking fifty years of marriage. The celebration included zennias marigolds and coreopsis decorations a gold embossed wedding cake and gold trimmed china and glassware. Additional guests included Mr and Mrs J N Dulaney and Mrs S M Cross.

Close ROTC Camp Ends as College Detail Returns on Campus

Colonel A. R. Emery Major S. R. Hopkins Major B. F. Delameter Major W. E. Washington and Lieut. Paul Neal of A and M College along with Captain C. R. Miller of Allen Academy returned after the ROTC camp at Fort Sam Houston. The group arrived late Saturday night with Capt. Miller and Mrs. Miller arriving Sunday. About 175 cadets from Texas A and M and around 20 from New Mexico A and M attended. Due to economy measures the camp lasted two weeks and instruction suffered slightly, yet the program was deemed successful with accelerated work and essential training completed.
