Bryan City School Board Adopts Budget For Year
The Bryan city school board approved a budget with no salary changes for teachers and authorized Superintendent Brown to hire a home economics teacher at Kemp high school. The department will be added to the negro high school funded partly by state aid under Smith-Hughes. The plan moves elementary rooms to Travis school and assigns the high school building to high school uses. The City National Bank was chosen as depository for two years.

The Missionary Society of College Station Baptist Church held a Royal Service program on Monday afternoon. W M S president W H Robertson led the meeting.
