The White Star liner Arabic sailed at 6 o clock last night for Queenstown and Liverpool with 230 cabin and 200 steerage passengers. General P. L. Abbey announced in command of state troops after a message from Governor Ferris who offered to use his good offices to end a week of idle work affecting 15,000 men.
