Vermont Attorney General says M H Fishman’s Center’s has signed an assurance of discontinuance over alleged deceptive pricing and unfair competition. $2,750 recovered for investigation costs. The 1975 complaint charged a six month going out of business sale and four week sale prices that matched regular prices.

Vermont Petroleum Inc. and Val Royal Insulation Inc. announce a joint venture to provide home insulation services across Montpelier Burlington and St Albans markets.
