Carter Plans 11 Day World Tour To Four Continents

President Carter will undertake an 11 day, 24 000 mile trip through Latin America Africa Europe and Asia including a first presidential visit to black Africa in Nigeria. The itinerary also covers Poland and three major oil exporters Venezuela Iran and Nigeria as part of a bid to foster stability amid potential oil embargo concerns.
