Need for Bath Salvation Army Grows as Kettles Underperform
Adjutant Edward J. Tripp reports Christmas kettles in Bath are far below last year, with only 11.47 realized by Tuesday night versus nearly 300 a year ago. The Salvation Army expects to aid about 150 families and many needy men with meals, housing, clothing, and showers at Water Street hall as cold weather strains resources and local housing needs rise.
