Ohio University student denies claims in Nelsonville man’s suit
An Ohio University student Grant Cunningham of Brecksville denies allegations in a civil suit filed in Athens County Common Pleas Court by Jack Malone of Nelsonville. Malone seeks at least 25000 dollars in compensatory damages and 500000 dollars in punitive damages for an assault outside a Domino’s in Athens in 2014. Cunningham, who pleaded no contest to reduced felonious assault charges, says Malone provoked nothing and Curtis has not been served in the case.
