Selfie-posting robber pleads guilty in Nelsonville bank heist
John E. Mogan II, 29, already serving three years in Pickaway County, faces an additional two years after pleading guilty in Athens County to robbery and theft for the September 2015 Citizens Bank robbery in Nelsonville. He was identified by facial recognition after the botched early morning heist. Officers were summoned around 9 40 a.m. on September 9.
